Microfluidic Cell Quantitation

for point-of-care diagnosis of white blood cell count for cancer patients and high-risk patients

This research is on using electromagnetics to sense magnetized cells using microfluidic devices. The application is a low-cost, portable cell quantitation system that can enable point-of-care diagnosis of WBC count for cancer patients or high-risk patients who require routine diagnosis of WBC count.
